By the end of the eighteenth century, the current kitchen room hosted the oven for the bread cooking, used by Somaino inhabitants. Of that period are the stone floor and the wooden eiling beams.

The kitchen table has seats for six people, but also bigger groups can find enough room in the near dining room.

Two big and functional stainless steel kitchen sinks are embedded in a granite counter.

A five fires gas cooker and a big electric oven are available for skilled cooks and for wishful cooks as well.

The kitchen is also equipped with a refrigerator having a separate freezer, a modern and well-equipped kitchen closet and a dishwasher.
